Mr. Richard Li, an Mechanical Engineering in the Oil & Gas industry has developed the GreenDrive Hydro Fuel (hydrogen on demand) system, which are suitable for both Petrol and diesel engines.
It can achieve 35% to 60% more mileage for city driving and more than 100% for long distance driving.
The GreenDrive Hydro Fuel System has been designed to suit Asian cars and the weather conditions. A R&D Lab has been setup at its workshop in Miri, Sarawak, to develop, test, improve reliability, efficiency and durability for heavy usage.
Two prototypes has been designed, tested on Naza Ria V6 MPV and Toyota Vigo for the Last 3 months without any failure. Improvement were made to electrical systems, cell configuration and incorporating additional safety features such as water trap, non-return valve and friendly system for all customers.

This is how the Greendrive Hydro Fuel System works:
A Generator and a reservoir are installed before the vehicle’s radiator or the engine compartment of the vehicle, and it's completely filled with Electrolyte solution(98% water). The electrolyte water are electrolysed inside the generator to produce hydrogen and oxygen gas, and these hydrogen and oxygen gas are then piped via high pressure hoses to the Intake manifold which would be mixed with the air/fuel mixtures to helps the gas burn more efficiently. Refilling of the water is on the reservior tank mounted near to the generator. Greendrive Hydro Fuel system uses very little water. 1 Litre of water could last for 2 months.
Water are very cheap and abundant. You could refill using RO water, Tap water, drinking water or any other filtered water that could be easily purchase at any stores.
Maintenance is very easy and cheap. We recommend monthly maintenance to flush out the water residues that has broken up during electrolysis process. Old electrolyte has to be drain off via the valves at the bottom of the generators and flush with tap water. Refill the system with fresh electrolyte and you are on the move again.
With the success of the two prototypes, Astral Engineering Resources Sdn Bhd has setup an Mass Manufacturing facilities in Miri, Sarawak, to produce these systems for the benefits of Malaysia and consumers.
Currently, three models are being designed to suit every cars in Malaysia for 800cc up to 3000cc capacity. All models are suitable for both petrol and diesel internal combustion engines.

GreenDrive Hydro Fuel Increases Fuel Mileage at Least 50-Percent
In a time when people are looking for a way to increase fuel saving and reduce emissions, Astral Engineering Resources Sdn bhd , Miri, Sarawak, have invented a hydrogen boosting system for internal combustion engines to do just that. According to Richard Li, the inventor, their GreenDrive Hydro Fuel ( hydrogen on demand) system is able to boost gas mileage and reduce emissions on diesel or petrol powered internal combustion engine vehicles.
According to Richard Li, a 1-liter reservoir for the electrolyte water is recommended along with adding water every 1,000 to 2,000 kilometers. Drinking water or RO water or tap water are necessary for their system to work and that they could be purchase at any supermarkets and sundry shop, etc. This is because, these water are filtered water and are almost clean and safe for human.
The GreenDrive Hydro Fuel system works by taking electricity from a car’s alternator, electrolyzing water and injecting the hydrogen into the intake manifold. This method displaces some of the petrol or diesel fuel and helps it to burn more cleanly reducing greenhouse gases by up to 90-percent.
The electrolysis happens without the use of a catalyst common with other hydrogen boosting systems. The GreenDrive Hydro Fuel system has also been shown to increase vehicle torque by up to 10-percent and 8% to 12% increase in Horsepower and extends the life of the engine considerably. No. According to the Magnusson-Moss warranty act of 1974 states that aftermarket equipment that improves performance does not automatically void a vehicle manufactures original warranty unless the warranty clearly states the addition of the aftermarket equipment automatically voids your vehicle's warranty, or it can be proven that the aftermarket device is the direct cause of the failure.
It further states that under the Manusson-Moss act, a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that the aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before it can deny warranty coverage. If the dealer cannot prove such a claim-or it offers a questionable explanation-it is your legal right to demand compliance with the warranty.
How often do I have to add water ?
We recommend adding water every time the water level in the reservior tank are at minimum level . I litre of water should give you about1,000-3,000 kilometers.
How would you refuel your GreenDrive powered automobile?
Very simply add regular water to the water tank under the hood. It would be the same as adding windshield wiper fluid.
What is the fuel efficiency of a vehicle with GreenDrive Hydro Fuel System?

What type of water is needed in the system?
The GreenDrive Hydro Fuel System is being tested for use with regular RO water, distilled water and even tap water for refilling,. Original Electrolyte are added to your GreenDrive Hydro Fuel Generator when they are newly installed. During driving, just add water , which could be purchased at any stores, to the max level of the reservoir container.
During monthly services, fill with new electrolyte from GreenDrive authorized installer/agent.
Why do we need hydrogen as an alternative power source?
There are approximately 800 million vehicles in the world and transportation fuels are projected to account for nearly 57 percent of total world oil consumption by 2020.
